Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand your time is valuable, and we strive to schedule appointments that work best for you. As a courtesy, we’ll send you a confirmation email or call to remind you of your upcoming visit.

To ensure a smooth experience, please review our appointment policy:

• Cancellation Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment without a fee. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.

• Missed Appointments: Unfortunately, missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee to cover reserved time. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling practices.

• Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate your request for appointment changes with proper 24-hour notice.

• Cancellations & Credits: Cancellations do not result in refunds but will be credited towards future dental services at Elite Dental Tours.

• Payment & Credits: Payments reserve your appointment time. If you choose to cancel, postpone, or discontinue treatment, any unused balance will be credited towards future services, minus any cancellation fees.

• Refunds (at Elite Dental Tours discretion): We may offer a partial refund on unused services, minus any missed appointment fees, material costs, and a potential 25% cancellation penalty.

We prioritize your time and appreciate the same courtesy in return. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a smooth scheduling process for everyone.
